HOLA — I AM NISHA

born and raised in Mainz in a loving, multicultural and musical family. Since two years expressing myself as a multidisciplinary artist in Berlin. My Indian, Spanish, Italian and German roots help me become the person that I am aspiring to be. A vivid, open and passionate human being ready to take off. After 10 years of a successful acrobatic gymnastics career, I focused and taught myself dance, acting and art.

2004—2015:

training as an acrobatic gymnast, part of the national team, 5 times German champion; competed in World and European championships in Orlando, Bulgaria, Poland; touring with a circus called Gymmotion with brilliant interdisciplinary artists through Germany

2016—2018:

dancer at tanzmainz club at Staatstheater Mainz, Germany, a contemporary dance youth group

2018—2019:

part of the production „The Three Musketeers“, a youth musical at Staatstheater Wiesbaden, Germany

2019—2020:

moving to Berlin, finding agencies and working as a freelance dancer, actress and model for events and smaller projects

2020—2021:

online acting student at IDSA London

2021—present:

freelance model, actress, dancer; participation in acting workshop „Introduction to the Meisner technique“ by Andre Boulori at „Actors Space“ Berlin; appearing in commercials, music videos and short films as a dancer and actress; educating myself in acting through self-study such as classes, learning monologues etc.; weekly classes with “The Company Berlin” in contemporary dance; pole dance, fitness and yoga courses; choreography jobs
